First off, if you are new to contact lenses it might be overwhelming at first simply because there is a lot to know. You need to take proper care of your contact lenses, and make sure they they aren’t damaged, they are the right size, and the right type for what you are using them for.

Good contact lenses can last quite a while, especially the extended wear. There are some people who wear them for a week or longer at a time without removing them. As technology advances, it will get more and more important that you follow the rules and don’t get carried away.
